OFFERED
Our organization aims at enabling the visually handicapped
to attain a level where they are at a level of economic
independence.
Our organization provides the
following services to the visually disabled :
1. Hostel
to blind girls with FREE lodging, boarding, medical and
clothing facilities, so as to help them in pursuing their
higher education.
We are running a hostel for college going blind girls.
We provide them Free lodging, boarding and medical facilities.
We also provide financial assistance to the needy blind
students.
We have accommodation for 14 students and are still looking
to expand even more so that more and more blind students
are benefited.
You can help us in hostel project by providing eatables
like Flour, Rice, Refined Oil etc. or even by providing
funds for everyday requirements (milk, vegetables etc.)
and salaries of employees (hostel warden and cook)

2. Computer
training to the visually disabled students without any
charges.
Our society is running a computer training center for
the blind.
We provide Free computer training to the visually disabled,
which helps them in seeking their jobs.
At present we have 6 girls and 4 blind boys who are learning
computer from our institute. We even send them for interviews
for related jobs.
You can become a part of the venture by either donating
generously for necessary expenses (Salary of computer
trainers and maintenance charges) or even by providing
job opportunity to our trained students.

3. FREE
typing training to the blind students.
We are providing Free typing training (Hindi & English)
to the blind students so as to prepare them for clerical
jobs in both private and public sector.
At present we are facing some difficulty in operating
the project smoothly due to lack of funds we are unable
to hire a instructor and our computer instructor is guiding
the students in typing also.
You can help us in operating this project smoothly by
providing funds for the salary of a typing trainer or
you can also pay for the maintenance of typewriters, typing
paper etc.

4. Home
science training to blind girls.
We are providing Free hoe science training to all our
inmates so as to enable them to work efficiently in the
kitchen. This training is very useful for the blind girls
as it helps them through out their life.
This training is just an initiative for those blind girls
who are not able to learn how to cook due to their continuous
study. Our inmates are taking these classes and feel good
about it as it is an essence of their life.
You can help us in operating this project by donating
generously for necessary expenses like cooking gas, vegetables
and eatables.

5.
Vocational training (Music)
We are providing vocational training in Music ot the visually
impaired in our institute. Some of our inmates have music
as their regular study subject in colleges. These classes
are very helpful to them and it even helps the other students
as every bit of knowledge gained nourishes the human mind.
This training also trains the students for a better future
in the field of Music. Blind students enjoy these classes
as music is itself a relaxing subject.
You and your friends can step further and help us in this
project by paying for our Music teacher (blind) and you
can also promote our students

6. Braille
learning for late blind persons/students.
Keeping in mind the problem of late blindness and lack
of awareness, we have managed special classes to train
those unfortunate people who have turned blind late in
their life and need to learn bBraille.
These classes help them in gaining command over Braille.
This training is also necessary for them as Braille is
the only script in which blind can communicate with each
other and write letters to each other
All you generous people can step forward and help us in
running this project by paying funds for salary and other
expenses like Braille paper an other paraphernalia.
Our organization is providing all these services exclusively
for the visually impaired. Students are also provided
with an opportunity to join more than one training at
a time so as to develop more skills in a shorter span
of time.
It is worth mentioning that we have ourselves employed
2 visually handicapped persons as - Hostel warden

So as to provides employment
opportunities to the Blind.
